The fourth course by
Ronald Fream in Tunisia, it was designed around six
lakes in 300 acres of olive groves and forests not far
from Hammamet's white sandy beaches.
With its two 18-hole championship courses
and its 450 metre practice ground, it has a playing
surface covered with American turf from Oregon. Its
greens are in bent grass, with tees and fairways in
sahara, a new variety from Bermuda never before used
in Europe. Its beauty and lines make it a sought-after
location for international competitions.
Right in the middle of course stands the
club house. With its pro-shop, its bar and restaurant
and its sunny terraces, it is a haven of peace and quiet.
