Tataween international festival of saharian ksurs is a meeting of the past and the present, where scenes of bedowin and berber life of bygone days are recreated. the whole region experiences an extraordinary animation : parades, artistic and craft exhibitions, guided tours through the berber villages and the Ksurs, evenings of folk arts and gastronomy (traditional dishes) preceding the festival official inauguration.
