Tunisian salad (slata tounsia)

- tomatos : 300g
- eggs : 2
- mild capsicum : 200g
- olivs : 50g
- hot green peppers : 100g
- lemon : 1
- ripe onion : 100g
- oil : 3 tablespoonful
- soft white cheese : 100g
- vinegar : 1 tablespoonful
- tuna with oil : 100g
- dried mint : some branches
- table salt : according to taste.

The 2 eggs are boiled and cut into slices or
quarters, cheese as well is cut into short rods, tuna into
pieces and the lemon into thin slices. The olives are stoned,
some dried mint leaves are crumbled. The tomatos, green peppers
and mild capsicums are washed, deseeded and cut into small
and equal cubes as well as the ripe onion.
Serving : the vegetable pieces are mixed together, spiced
with dried mint, salt according to taste and put up in an
hors d'oeuvres dish. After that, some vinegar is sprinkled
on them(vegetables). Finally, they are garnished with the
cheese rods, tuna pieces, hard boiled eggs quarters, olives
and lemon slices, and the dish is ready to be served.
