String bean soup

string beans : 1kg and a half
oil : one deciliter
hot chillisauce : 1 tablespoonful
caraway grains : 1/2 tablespoonful
dry garlic : 5 or 6 cloves
table salt : according to taste
lemon : one

the ripe string beans are chosen, they are shelled
without peeling them and they are cooked under cover over
a slow fire in 2 liters of water with a teaspoonful of salt.
Mean while, the cloves of garlic are peeled to gether with
the caraway grains. as the beans are cooked, the chillisauce,
the peeled condiments are added. they are mixed together and
left cooking for another 10 minutes and they are removed from
fire .
the mdammas is served hot, it is sprinkled with oil and presented
with dry bread slices ( of the night before) and the fresh
lemon quarters.
