Grilled salad (slata michwia)

tomatoes : 250g
garlic : 2 cloves
capsicums : 250g
lemon : one
tuna with oil : 100g
olive oil : 4 tablespoonfuls
olives : 100g
carvi : 1/2 tablespoonful
eggs : 2
table salt : according to taste

2 hard boiled eggs are cut
into quarters. the cloves of garlic are peeled and crusled
at the same time with the carvi grains and a pinch of salt.
olives are stoned and the tuna is cut into pieces. tomatoes
capsicums, hot green peppers and a mid sized ripe onion are
all grilled in the oven or over live charcool, turning then
from all the sides and as they are grilled, they are removed
from fire, their stalks are removed, after that they are peeled,
deseeded, cut into pieces and then passed to the pestle to
be crushed. the mixture after that, is spiced with garlic
and carvi mixture and the salt is checked.
serving : the grilled salad is ready now, it is put in a serving
dish, sprinkled with oil and lemon juice, and finally garnished
with the olives, the tuna pieces and the eggs quarters and
the dish is served.
