Chickpea soup(lablebi)

Chickpeas : 500g
oil : one deciliter
garlic : 5 or 6 cloves
cara way : one tablespoonful
hot chilli sauce : one tablespoonful
lemonade : one tablespoonful
baking soda : a pinch
table salt : according to taste

Chickpeas are sorted out washed and soaked the
night before, they are then rinsed out and cooked under cover
in 2 liters of water and a pinch of baking soda. Mean while,
the cloves of garlic are peeled at the same time with the
caraway grains and 1/2 teaspoonful of salt. As the chickpeas
are soft enough the hot chilli sauce is added together with
the crushed condiments, mixed and left cooking for 10 mns.,
salt is checked and the broth is removed from fire.
d ry bread (of the night before) is cut into small equal pieces,
which are then distributed into separate bowls, broth is sprinkled
on each entity as much as the bread pieces can absorb. some
hot chilli sauce is added, according to taste with a pinch
of ground caraway, raw olive oil is sprinkled and the dish
is served hot with the lemon quarters separately.
